What Data We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address (required)
• Your name (if you provide it)
• Your UK shoe size (if you provide it)
• Your preferred design (if you provide it)
• How you heard about us (if you provide it)

We collect this information only when you choose to submit it through the waitlist form on our website. We do not collect it any other way.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as general usage data through our hosting provider. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why We Collect It and Our Legal Basis

We collect your waitlist information so that we can:

• Notify you when our first collection becomes available
• Send you occasional updates about the launch and the brand
• Understand demand for particular designs and sizes so we can plan production

Our legal basis for processing this data is your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Your Rights below).

How We Store and Protect It

Your waitlist data is collected through our website forms and stored with our service providers. We currently use:

• Netlify, which hosts our website and processes form submissions
• Google Workspace, where form submissions are received and held

These providers may store data on servers outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the providers' own safeguards for international data transfers. We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure and limit access to it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your waitlist data for up to 24 months after our first launch, unless you ask us to remove you sooner. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it promptly.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We only share it with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf so that we can run the waitlist and contact you.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct data that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Ask us to stop or limit how we use your data
• Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

Changes to This Policy
